Greetings and thank you for accessing our Terms and Conditions of Use. This document is of utmost importance as it pertains to your legal rights. We kindly request that you read through it, along with our Privacy Policy, with careful attention. We have made an effort to present the following agreements in a clear and understandable manner. By using Palacio, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

Changes To Agreements

As Palacio is continuously evolving and striving for improvement in all aspects, it is likely that the contents of this document may be updated from time to time. We will make efforts to inform you of any significant changes that may be implemented. By continuing to use Palacio after such changes, you are indicating your acceptance and acknowledgement of the updated terms and conditions.

In the event that we decide to temporarily suspend operations for application updates, you will still be bound by the basic terms of service during that period.

Staying Safe

The safety and well-being of our Palacio community is of utmost importance to us, and we greatly value your feedback.

To maintain a safe environment, Palacio provides built-in blocking and flagging features that allow you to report and hide profiles and albums that do not follow our Community Guidelines.

When you block a profile on Palacio, you will no longer be able to access that profile or its albums.

  • Our team will review the reported account for any potential safety concerns.
  • If you have reported someone on Palacio, you can contact our support team at support@palacioalbums.com to inquire about the status of your report.

You can anonymously flag albums if you believe they have inappropriate content.

  • We'll swiftly hide all photos in reported album to ensure a safe experience for you.
  • Our support team will diligently review the reported album for Community Guideline violations.

Community Guidelines

To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all users of Palacio, it is imperative that you comply with the following content regulations:

  • Do not use Palacio for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in these terms.
  • Do not use illicit means to extract other user’s information.
  • Do not use the Palacio in a manner that could potentially disrupt the profiles of other users or cause damage, disability, overloading, or impairment to the app's functionality.
  • Do not post content that contains or links to pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitements to violence.
  • Do not post content that is explicitly vulgar.
  • Do not advertise social handles which violate the points mentioned above.
  • Do not encourage or promote any activity that violates these terms.

Block and Report

At present, you have the option to report an account on Palacio for any of the following reasons:

  • Spam
  • Nudity or sexual activity
  • Hate speech or symbols
  • Violence or dangerous organizations
  • Bullying or harassment
  • Selling illegal or regulated goods
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Suicide or self-injury
  • Eating disorders
  • Scams or fraud
  • False information

Additionally, you have the option to report a profile on Palacio for posting inappropriate content, impersonation, or for being a child under the age of 13.

Please note that your report is anonymous, unless you are reporting an intellectual property infringement. The account that you have reported will not be able to see who reported them.

How to Report a User through their Profile

  1. Go to the profile of the user you wish to report.
  2. Look for the "Report" option, located at the top right of the profile page.
  3. Click on the "Report" option to initiate the reporting process.
  4. Read and review the guidance provided. You may choose to block the user, if desired.

How to Flag an Album with Inappropriate Content

  1. Go to the album of the user you wish to flag.
  2. Look for the "Flag" option, located at the right of the "Share Album" button.
  3. Click on the "Flag" option to initiate the flagging process.
  4. Read and review the guidance provided. You may choose to flag the album, if desired.

Rights

As is important with any service, it is important that you clarify your rights and the rights reserved for others.

Your Rights

Palacio allows you to use its services, granted that you follow all the regulations listed in these terms of service. The software we provide may automatically download and/or install updates and additional features, however you can easily disable this feature if you wish to do so.

Palacio grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-sub licensable license to access and use the services.

As a user of Palacio, you can not plagiarize, modify or sell any part of the service without explicit permission.

Our Rights

Our service is centered upon creating a platform for users to share and create content. Whenever you upload new content to your profile, you still hold ownership of the artistic content, and also allow us to use that content. All content you upload will be available to all the people who discover you in the app.

If the content you have shared/uploaded disregards the aforementioned content regulations, Palacio has the right to access, review and if necessary delete it. You alone will be responsible for the content you upload to our service.

We are constantly looking for feedback. However, it is not necessary that we credit all volunteered feedback and may use your ideas without compensating you.

Palacio does not monitor, review, or edit user content, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any user content for any or no reason, including but not limited to, user content that, in Palacio’s sole discretion, violates these agreements. Palacio may take these actions without prior notification to you. Removal or disabling of access to user content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or disable access to any specific user content.

Palacio is not responsible for user content nor does it endorse any opinion. If you believe that any user content infringes your intellectual property rights, or that your rights under applicable law have been otherwise infringed by any user content, please contact us at support@palacioalbums.com.

Other People Rights

Do not use our services in any way that violates or infringes someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.

It is also important that the content you upload does not bully, defame or harass any other user, or anybody else in general. If your content does perpetuate these habits, then we may suspend your account and/or delete your content.

Copyrights

Palacio’s concept of sharing photo albums, app icon, logo and other designs are all copyrighted and protected. Any copyright infringement will be taken seriously and legal action will be pursued.
